Easy to install. Precise by design. The only toilet flange having:

• a flat edge for precise parallel placement relative to a finished wall.
• a threaded opening which receives the fastening bolt and holds it firmly upright.
• additional brightly colored guides which extend upwardly to vertically lengthen the fastening bolt for installation alignment.
• a reusable cover which stores all elements needed to secure the toilet to the floor.
• a reusable cover that blocks debris from entering the riser pipe and also allows for visual inspection of the drain pipe to pass rough-in inspection.
